- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Performs daily shift startup checks on all operating production lines.
- Coordinates with Maintenance and Engineering to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Responsible for verifying and documenting calibration status, machine settings etc.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Coordinates with Maintenance and Engineering to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Responsible for proper storage, control, and identification of tooling and sub‑equipment.
- Must follow all lock out/ tag out procedures.
- Suggests process and safety improvement ideas.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and process.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing work environment
- Analytical Trouble Shooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings/prints.
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Computer skills as required by stated accountabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Provide overtime coverage for alternate shifts or weekends as required
