This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate development, focusing on the Inland Empire and greater Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will drive land acquisition strategies, negotiate transactions, and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
A competitive salary up to $260,000 plus bonuses is offered. Hybrid working is possible, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
