Foreman - Emergency Response Sales Rep

Cut N Dry Restoration is actively hiring a full-time Foreman – Emergency Response Sales Rep in Upland, CA, and we're looking for someone driven, responsive, and ready to lead! Our team thrives in a dynamic environment, and your schedule will reflect that: 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday, with weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime opportunities that add variety and earning potential to your week.

We need a Foreman – Emergency Response Sales Rep who can quickly respond to emergency leads and assist clients in their time of need. You will evaluate on-site damage, guide homeowners and business owners through the restoration process, and address objections while providing updates and gaining work authorizations. Your goal is to build trust, educate clients, and close jobs. You'll have support from our office and operations team while maintaining detailed records and managing your pipeline.

We also ask that you meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in the field and carry up to 50 pounds of materials
• Ability to read road signs and printed materials
• Ability to close deals and effectively overcome objections
• Ability to work in a team environment, face challenges, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn is a plus
• Experience in the restoration industry is a plus, but not required
