Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, carburetors, and motors, and be able to work on all types of motorcycles and ATVs. This position offers a competitive pay of $20.00 per hour.

• Inspection and Diagnosis:
  Perform thorough inspections to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other issues in motorcycles and ATVs.
• Repair and Maintenance:
  Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake checks, and tune-ups. Repair or replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, carburetors, and electrical systems.
• Customer Communication:
  Interact with clients to explain the nature of problems and discuss potential solutions. Provide accurate cost estimates and repair plans.
• Testing and Adjustments:
  Test repaired systems to ensure they meet manufacturers' performance specifications. Make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Staying Updated:
  Keep up-to-date with the latest motorcycle models, technologies, and repair techniques. Attend training sessions as needed.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance, with a strong background in electrical systems, carburetors, and motors.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanical and electronic systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Abilities:
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification:
  Valid motorcycle mechanic certification is a plus.
• Languages:
  
  Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
