Join our dynamic Parks and Recreation team as a Special Projects Coordinator! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support administrative functions, manage special projects, and ensure effective operations. Ideal candidates will have experience with technology systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community service.
Job Responsibilities- Under the supervision of the Deputy Director, conduct analytical services and manage special projects while serving as the administrative support for the Department’s main office.
- Collaborate with city departments, analyze performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, develop data‑driven recommendations to enhance parks and recreation services and operations, and utilize several software systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Four (4) to five (5) years of recreation industry experience, including experience interacting with high level officials and managers.
