JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A key member of the Parks and Recreation team, this position plays an essential role in the daily operations of the City’s Community Center. Reporting directly to the Community Center Manager, the role oversees day-to-day facility management, including scheduling, staff training, and supervision of employees and contractors. This position ensures a safe, welcoming environment by enforcing facility policies and supporting positive visitor experiences.
This role coordinates supplies, maintenance, cleaning, and repair needs, supports customer service operations, and oversees the Community Center’s child watch area. The position also participates in the Manager-on-Duty rotation, which includes closing shifts on Monday and Tuesday evenings and occasional weekend coverage.

QUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree or equivalent from an accredited two‑year college or technical school and one (1) to two (2) years progressively responsible related experience; or any combination of training, education, or experience which provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
