A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, internal controls, and core accounting operations. This role will collaborate closely with leadership and play a key part in streamlining accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and journal entries
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and account reconciliations
- Conduct financial analysis and assist with audit prep
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Prepare weekly sales and quarterly commission reports
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP system experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
