• Maintain an active esthetics license in the state of employment.
• Carry esthetics liability insurance.

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on each client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
