Are you a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service and who performs well in a fast paced work environment? We are looking for a detailer to perform.
Open Positions- Detail Specialist 1 – Some experience
- Detail Specialist 2 – 2+ years experience
Maintain the store facilities and provide high quality service by ensuring customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction, responding to inquiries, and completing all detail tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, applying preservation chemicals, engine cleaning, and additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions- Physically demanding: frequent movement, bending, lifting, squatting, and frequent vehicle access.
- Work outdoors or under varying climate conditions.
- Safe use of OSHA approved waxes and cleaners.
- Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Oral communication of detail information.
- Visual and auditory clarity.
- Attention to detail and quality inspection of own and team work.
- Urgency to meet customer time expectations.
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
Flat rate.
Ideal Candidate- A valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Quick learner and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with care and respect.
- Reliability: arrive on time and stay on task during shift.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task.
