We're seeking an Assistant Principal who is passionate about student growth, therapeutic education, and collaborative leadership. Working alongside the Principal, the
Assistant Principal
role helps ensure a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic learning environment while overseeing:

• Therapeutic programming and data-driven interventions
• Curriculum and instruction
• Academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Individualized special education programming
• School safety initiatives
• Extracurricular activities
• Supervision of professional and support staff

• IS BE type 75 Administrative License or Administrative Endorsement (required)
• Licensed teacher (required), LBS I and/or LBS II licensure (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience working with youth with severe emotional/behavioral challenges (required)

• Salary Range : $55,637 USD to $105,955 USD
