• Oversee all aspects of the 340B program operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and program guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for 340B program management.
• Conduct regular audits of 340B claims and inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent diversion.
• Monitor contract pharmacy relationships and ensure adherence to 340B requirements.
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to maximize program savings while maintaining compliance.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff on 340B program requirements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for potential HRSA audits.
• Analyze program data and prepare reports on program performance and cost savings.
• Coordinate with wholesalers, manufacturers, and third‑party administrators to optimize program benefits.
• Stay current on 340B regulations, guidance, and industry changes.
• Resolve discrepancies and address any compliance concerns promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for 340B program inquiries.
• Manage split‑billing processes and ensure proper patient eligibility determination.
