. Join us to help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through a play‑based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

- Implement ABA therapy plans with children aged 2‑22 with autism and special needs in their homes, schools, or in one of our centers.
- Assist staff in measuring and recording data to track progress.
- Support families to reach their goals and apply strategies learned during sessions.
- Genuine desire to help children with autism and their families.
- Compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
- Willingness to learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
- Availability to work part‑time Monday‑Friday between 8:00 a.m.‑6:30 p.m.; weekend availability is a bonus.
- Minimum age 18 on the first day of employment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Consistent weekly schedule availability (morning, afternoon, or evening). Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
- Bi‑lingual with English/Spanish fluency.
- Background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or related fields.
- Experience working with children in roles such as babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, or camp counselor.
- Desire to gain training and skills for a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, or related professions.
- For full‑time employees: up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.
- Part‑time employees eligible for sick leave.
- Competitive starting pay at $18/hour, with increases based on experience.
- Opportunity to become eligible for RBT certification.
