OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Emergency/Family Medicine physician for a full-time position to join our group, Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS). Work schedule includes at least 120 hours of coverage per month and will be cross credentialed at our OSF Healthcare locations in Champaign-Urbana, and Danville sites.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
IEMS provides emergency medicine services at Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana and Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. We provide 24/7/365 coverage and staff with board certified emergency and family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Both sites are staffed with excellent specialty backup, supportive nursing staff and administrative staff, and operate off Epic EMR.

Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS) is in partnership with OSF Healthcare in covering emergency departments at both Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana and Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville.
OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center is a 210-bed hospital that has been serving the Champaign-Urbana community since the 1800s, originally named Presence Covenant Medical Center. In 2017, the hospital joined the OSF Healthcare family, which is an integrated health system owned and operated by The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis , headquartered in Peoria, Illinois. It is one of East Central Illinois most advanced medical facilities, with the area s largest inpatient rehabilitation center, featuring facilities for physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
