Job Description Summary
We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and oversee Recruiting operations for Americas.
- Regional Leadership & Mentoring:
Manage and mentor a team of analysts and leads across Americas, providing professional development and ensuring team engagement. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and plans, based on CoE definitions. - Stakeholder Partnership:
Act as a key partner for Local HR (HRBPs, Managers, and Directors) and Hiring Managers to understand talent priorities and organize regional support. - Process Excellence:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. - Performance & Data Analytics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to assess strategy effectiveness and ensure all regional data is accurate and up to date. - Diversity & Inclusion:
Promote and implement D&I strategies within the talent acquisition process in collaboration with CoE Leads. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and operational efficiency across the regional recruitment scope. - Audit & Compliance:
Prepare documentation and provide support for audits related to recruiting processes to ensure regional compliance

Advanced expertise in managing complex HR operations. At least 3 years of experience managing HR teams. - Analytical & Problem-Solving:

Advanced expertise in navigating changing situations and shifting business priorities. - Strategic Mindset:
Intermediate to Advanced expertise in organizational development and cross-perspective thinking.
