- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular
. - Expertise with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
. - Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of UX research methods and data-driven design practices.
