** Summary
* * The
** Operations Management Trainee
** will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. This requires the Manager Trainee to work cross functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management.  This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.  In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop your operations & fleet maintenance background.

* Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
* Able to prioritize work.

* Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages advanced required.
* Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics beginner required.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
