Overview
The Manager will work in close collaboration with the Women’s and Children’s dyad leaders to develop and advance initiatives specific to the provider practice. The Manager will also assist with daily operations, focusing on enhancing accountability and overall effectiveness within the department. The Practice Manager holds responsibility for overseeing the central administration and fiscal management of provider services for Women’s and Children’s.
This includes coordinating, planning, guiding, and evaluating the non‑medical activities of the department to ensure smooth functioning. In partnership with the Associate/Assistant Medical Director of Women’s and Children’s and the Director of Children’s Services Operations, the Manager will assist in managing the department. Key areas of responsibility include provider scheduling, finance, budgeting, auditing, billing, human resource management, and compliance. The Manager, in collaboration with the dyad leaders, will be accountable for ensuring that practices operate efficiently and successfully.
This role also involves working to expand departmental programs and advance their achievements. Regular reporting of data and analytics will be provided to dyad leadership and individual physicians, with a focus on quality of care, productivity, and work efficiency.
