Flex-N-Gate is seeking a dependable Assembly Operator for 1st shift to assemble automotive bumpers and components per work instructions. You will wash bumpers, retrieve materials, attach components, and inspect parts to meet quality standards.
The role includes rotating between stations to promote safety and efficiency on a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20.75 per hour, increasing to $21.25 after 90 days, with breaks and clocked-in pay.
