The RN ensures patient safety, maintains accurate documentation, develops and implements care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care. Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience

• ASN degree

• Illinois state RN License in good standing

• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree

Additional Information:

• Provides competent care for patients with mild to severe brain injuries due to stroke, trauma, or surgery

• Identifies and responds immediately to neurological changes and/or seizure activity

• Maintains patient safety through compliance with safety measures such as fall precautions, pressure ulcer prevention, and isolation precautions

• Effectively communicates within the healthcare team to ensure patient care coordination and safety
