Independently performs complex on-site diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer agricultural and turf equipment. May require some guidance from the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs
• Supports customer clinics
• Explains maintenance and repair concerns to customers and documents on work order
• May promote and sell dealer service programs
• Establishes stocking processes with Parts Department for seasonal inventory
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
• Maintains condition of service vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follows safety rules and completes required reports
• Accounts for time and materials used
• Maintains a safe work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of on-site service repair experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to perform complex repairs using specialized tools following manuals
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with Service Advisor and basic computer functions
• Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly
• Advanced or Master Service Technician certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Eligible for Technician Performance program.
