Are you passionate about customer relationships and satisfaction? Sarica Manufacturing seeks a Customer Account Manager to manage customer orders from receipt to shipment. Your interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Position Summary: As a Customer Account Manager at Sarica Manufacturing, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met from order receipt through to product shipment. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Satisfaction: Manage and exceed customer expectations, handling contracts and purchase orders.
- Relationship Building: Develop professional relationships based on trust and respect.
- Commitment to Excellence: Follow through on commitments and strive for excellence.
- Customer Interface: Liaise between manufacturing, planning, shipping, and engineering to resolve issues.
- Timely Quotes: Process customer quotes accurately and promptly.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Communication: Communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Metrics Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Reporting: Prepare account status reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with certifications, policies, and procedures.
- Prioritization: Prioritize work according to customer and internal needs.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and prioritize deliveries, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Special Projects: Perform other responsibilities and special projects.
- Travel: Travel required up to 30%.
- 2+ years of college in a business‑related program; 4‑year degree preferred.
- 3‑5 years of related experience.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Aerospace industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer business systems.
- Strong customer service experience preferred.
