The Powder / Primer Hand Sprayer is responsible for manually applying primer and powder coatings to baking pans and other coated products according to established production, quality, and safety requirements. This position requires attention to detail, consistent spray technique, and the ability to identify coating defects before products move to the next stage of production. The employee will operate manual spray equipment, maintain proper coating coverage and film thickness, perform routine equipment cleaning and adjustments, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
