Registered Nurse (RN)

• Implement a resident care plan
• Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Consult with and validate data
• Record pertinent information in the patient record
• Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicate resident care needs to others involved in the care
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development
• Work as a leader—oversee and implement a resident plan of care

• At least 2 years of experience as RN required
• Home Health experience preferred, but not required
