Registered Nurse (RN) – NH-RN

Responsibilities- Implement a resident care plan and perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments.
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants.
- Consult with and validate data, record pertinent information in the patient record, and identify and evaluate the resident’s response to health problems and treatments.
- Communicate residents’ care needs to others involved in the care and assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
- Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
- Nursing license required.
