Registered Nurse (RN)

• Full time RN in the Clark, Champaign, and Logan country region.
• Minimal call time (every 8th weekend and occasionally on weeknights).
• Flexible scheduling.

• Implementing a resident care plan.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Consulting with and validating data.
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
• Working leader – oversees and implements a resident plan of care.

• At least 2 years' experience as RN required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

• Medical, Dental and Vision.
