Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling responsibilities such as:

• Maintaining regular attendance and working varied hours, including nights and overtime.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
• Completing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging signage, assembling merchandise and fixtures, and reviewing planogram integrity.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, along with interpersonal skills for issue resolution. Self-direction and the ability to complete assignments with minimal assistance are important.

Working Conditions
Work involves indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise, varying shifts, and travel between store locations using personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory, and conditions include hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements
Travel as needed, ability to push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, lift overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders. Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively. Must be able to handle birds/poultry and operate all necessary equipment safely. Physical stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely is essential.
