AGCO Corporation invites you to join our Ag Revolution™ team as a Shop Technician in Urbana, OH. We are looking for a skilled technician who can repair machinery and equipment, coordinate parts ordering, and maintain shop assets with precision and care.

Ag Revolution™ is an industry‑leading agricultural equipment dealership committed to delivering high‑quality service and support to the farming community. As a Shop Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our equipment running smoothly and safely.

• Repair equipment and components, developing repair plans, determining necessary parts, and maintaining safety standards.
• Generate, maintain, and complete all required reports, including parts ordering, special tooling usage, daily service reports, and work order closure.
• Use test equipment to troubleshoot repairs, reading blueprints, and service manuals.
• Retrieve and return parts and materials through the company’s parts ordering system.
• Use company computer systems to manage work processes.
• Retrieve and return special tools as needed; maintain proper care of tools and major shop equipment.
• Project positive behaviors by interacting constructively with co‑workers, customers, vendors, suppliers, and visitors.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing agriculture, construction, off‑road or heavy equipment.
• Proficiency using test equipment and tools to analyze and repair problems.
• Computer literacy, including spreadsheets and word processing.
