You will work alongside other project managers and teams across geographically dispersed locations, partnering with senior finance leaders to move projects forward.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable leading discussions with executives. Success requires thorough meeting preparation, clear status reporting, thoughtful questions, and the ability to follow issues through to resolution with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects and work streams, maintaining detailed plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate direct and indirect resources across locations, regions, and business functions.
  • Lead transition and integration activities aligned with the program’s objectives and future finance operating model.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials, facilitate discussions, and document decisions and action items.
  • Ask questions that clarify requirements, uncover risks, and support timely decisions.
  • Provide regular status reports covering progress, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and decisions needed.
  • Develop business cases, assessments, communication plans, implementation documentation, and migration schedules.
  • Present project updates and financial transformation materials to senior leadership.
  • Communicate responsibilities and required activities to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Identify and resolve issues, assess business impacts, and raise concerns when needed.
  • Maintain project governance and controls, ensuring changes follow established change-control processes.
  • Collaborate with fellow project managers and stakeholders to keep work streams coordinated and aligned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, including project management and a finance background.
  • Experience delivering complex projects and major change initiatives.
  • Ability to manage detailed project plans and keep multiple priorities on track.
  • Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams and resources.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change control.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing status reports and executive presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects through completion.
Key Attributes
  • Executive presence and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills and thorough preparation.
  • Attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Active listening and the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
  • Adaptability as priorities and project needs change.
  • A collaborative approach to working with teammates and stakeholders.
Helpful Experience
  • Finance transformation, transitions, or integration projects.
  • Implementing new operating models.
  • Projects involving changes to staffing, business processes, technology, or office locations.
  • Experience supporting large regional or global programs.
