As a Senior Construction Observer, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing impactful infrastructure and development projects across the region—projects that are actively shaping the communities where we live and work. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction administration phase.
  • Direct Construction Administration activities on projects, monitor project for construction document compliance.
  • Establish project procedures, problem‑solving activities, budget reviews and certification needed.
  • Prepare punch‑list and close‑out procedures and perform post‑construction services and investigations as needed.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Take direction and express understanding of the directions received.
  • Report progress and maintain schedules.
  • Express ideas to technicians, designers, and engineers.
  • Provide direction to others.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ years of industry experience minimum.
  • Advanced construction certifications as required by local authorities.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred plus 4‑6 years previous experience.
Compensation

The estimated compensation range for this position is $30.00 to $36.00 per hour. Actual compensation is dependent upon education, experience, and skills.
