Job DescriptionThis employee will provide current and potential customers of an Ag/Turf/Construction company with product and service information, using both internal and external resources while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Customer interactions will be handled by phone & email and will require efficiency in multitasking and problem solving skills.
QualificationsTop 3 Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Outlook
- Strong Phone and Data Entry skills
