Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face of the club. This role delivers exceptional customer service, assists members and guests, and supports daily front desk operations to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
The MSR will greet guests, check in members, relay club events and promotions, process payments, promote services and retail, and help maintain a clean, professional environment. They may assist with events and promotions as needed.
The following role is for a Member Services Concierge — Gym Membership Included with Crunch Fitness.
The advertised compensation is 21.000 - 26.000.
