The Director, Product Development is responsible for supporting the development of new annuity products and management of inforce annuity products. This position will support the Product Development Team with product ideation & design, pricing, contract filing, administration and illustration systems development, marketing support, and other technical support needed by Revol One to bring a new product to market. The role will also support re‑pricing and rate‑setting.

This position reports directly to the Head of Product Development and does not have direct reports.

• Responsible for supporting the development and pricing of new products through model development, configuration, testing, and analysis of results
• Support implementation and post launch product efforts including administration and illustration system calculations, testing plans, calculations for marketing materials, training internal teams on product specifics, etc.
• Build and maintain tools, processes, and structures to enhance team effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science or related degree or equivalent experience
• Working towards FSA and MAAA certifications
• 5+ years actuarial experience with progressively more responsibility with a concentration on Individual Annuities and/or Individual Life Insurance products
• Experience with in an Actuarial product development function, financial reporting, or reinsurance function preferred
