Vice President of Human Resources to drive strategic leadership decisions across multiple business units within the Technology function. The role will focus on Training & Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Optimization while ensuring a high‑impact HR function.

• Training & Development – Design and implement robust training programs to enhance workforce capability and leadership development.
• Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across multiple business units.
• Performance Management – Lead performance evaluation processes, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• HR Operations & Compliance – Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Partner with executives to shape HR strategy while managing and mentoring the HR Director.

• At least 5 years of VP‑Level HR experience.
• Expertise within strategic HR leadership, training and development and performance management.
