Base Pay Range
$28.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Position RequirementsLocation:
In Office, Urbandale
Schedule:
4-5 days per week, 1st shift (8-5 or 7-4), 40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Support Managers within ISG by addressing employee situations
- Assist with recruiting support
- Process HR changes or requests
- Support project work and change management
- Support early talent programs with Interns and Students
- Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, management, organizational design) - Years of Experience
Required:
1-2 years in HR (HR generalist, recruiting, employee relations) - Desired skills:
Involvement/desire to work within HR processing activities - Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities
- Strong HRIS experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
- Highly comfortable pulling data and making business decisions based on data
