Recruiter – Auto, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Recruitment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional candidates across a variety of roles - especially in the specialized Auto, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) industry.
Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted email campaigns.
- Screening & Interviewing: Assess candidate qualifications through in-depth screening and interviews to ensure alignment with client needs.

What We’re Looking For:- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Automation is highly valued
- High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work on-site at our Des Moines, Iowa office
