Sales Manager

Trinity Logistics is on the hunt for its next great leader! We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in the freight brokerage industry and would love someone with leadership experience! The ideal person loves encouraging and growing others through coaching and servant leadership! This position will present the exciting challenge of overseeing and developing our team of Business Development Representatives while assisting in bringing on new business.

The Sales Manager position requires an individual who finds satisfaction through building up others and offering open feedback with a constant desire to improve! A successful individual will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and make calls with the team, leading by example. Trinity's sales team is the driving force towards the company's growth and success and this person will have the ability to greatly influence that impact!

• Superior interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Minimum 3 years' transportation or logistics experience preferred not required, preferably in freight brokerage.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in leadership or management role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
