Wesley Life Home Health provides a full range of home health care services across central Iowa, serving clients in Boone, Dallas, Hamilton, Jasper, Marion, Marshall, Polk, Story, Warren, Cass, Washington, Audubon, Guthrie, Adair, and Poweshiek counties. Our services include medical care, therapy, and assistance with daily living, all delivered in the comfort of clients' homes to improve quality of life, foster independence, and promote overall well-being.

We offer personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, as well as competitive compensation, benefits, and ample opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide nursing care based on care plans, traveling within the service area in all weather conditions.
• Monitor clients’ health, report changes, and document care updates in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Join nursing case conferences, team meetings, and complete required training.

Open Shifts Available: Full-Time Monday-Friday with rotating on-call (weekends)

• Competitive Pay: The pay range for this position is $27.39 - $34.25 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
