Mercy One Trinity Health in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Neonatal/Neuro ICU RN for a part-time night role (12-hour nights, 7 PM–7 AM). 24 hours per week with new ICU RN rate. Includes relocation incentive eligibility and a newly increased weekend shift differential.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree (BSN preferred), Iowa RN license, BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and strong critical care skills. Prior ECMO experience is a plus; strong teamwork and communication are essential.
