Value Vet in Urbandale, IA is seeking an experienced veterinary professional to join our growing TEAM! We are proud of our beautiful, modern hospital, with 9 doctors providing comprehensive, progressive treatment plans to our furry friends. Value Vet offers the experience of a full-service veterinarian with walk-in clinic convenience and fair prices. Our team is dedicated to making high quality care accessible to all pet owners in our community.

• Provides friendly, excellent and expeditious client experience; warmly greets clients, responds to questions; processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles payments.
• Answers phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling surgery appointments.
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail.
• Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness.
• Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software.
• Escalates complex matters to senior staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum of 1 year medical or veterinary experience required.
