B2B Sales Account Executive - Mobility at AT&T
Job DescriptionAs a B2B Sales Account Executive – Mobility, you will proactively sell AT&T’s mobility solutions to small and mid‑market businesses. Your focus is generating new revenue through hunting and prospecting within your territory via sales calls, networking, and relationship building. By uncovering client needs, you deliver customized, value‑added solutions that address their business priorities. Success depends on independent lead generation, external networks, cold calling, and a self‑starter mindset.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,500
What you’ll do- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Actively hunt new leads in your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting weekly quotas. - Client Engagement:
Understand technology needs of small and mid‑size business customers and present tailored growth opportunities. - Account Development:
Build new accounts and expand existing ones with long‑term customer relationships. - Consultative Selling:
Use consultative skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, and close sales opportunities. - Proposal Development:
Craft responses for RFPs and present products that benefit customers.
- Hunter mindset – relentless drive to seek leads and close deals.
- Networking and negotiation skills – strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
- Sales targets – demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- 2‑5 years of outside B2B sales experience, preference for telecommunications.
- Technical knowledge in mobility products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing sales funnels.
- Competitive base salary and performance‑based commission.
