Inside Sales Representative

This is a full‑time Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, building positive relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key duties include generating and following up on leads, providing product recommendations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the Sales Representative will collaborate across teams to achieve business goals and contribute to customer service excellence.

• Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation strategies
• Experience in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Account Management skills and the ability to build long‑term client relationships
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
• Proficient in CRM software and tools is a bonus
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills
