Right Roofing and Siding is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Roofing Service Technician to join our trusted service team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various roofing issues, replacing flashing, and performing minor siding repairs. • Inspect and diagnose roof damage, leaks, and system failures
• Repair shingles, flashing, underlayment, and membrane systems
• Replace or repair metal flashing and drip edge components
• Perform minor siding repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
• Operate and maintain company tools, materials, and vehicles
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal team members
• Document work performed and elevate issues when necessary

• 2+ years of experience in roofing repair (3+ years preferred)
• Proven proficiency with flashing installation and repair techniques
• Light siding repair experience is a strong plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights on steep, multi‑story roofs
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and professionalism
• Weekly pay cycle
• Year‑end bonus
