The Shipping & Receiving Representative I is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of copier supplies that leads to a high level of client satisfaction.

• Perform accurate and timely filling and shipment of orders using the manifest system.
• Assist in unloading UPS, Spee Dee, Fed Ex, and ground shipments.
• Receive and put away supplies and parts daily in proper warehouse location.
• Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts of copier parts and supplies quarterly while maintaining accurate bin locations.
• Close out manifest system daily.
• Deliver internal shipments to proper personnel.
• Provide backup to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out, including becoming cross‑trained in their areas.
• Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
• Attend required company and departmental meetings.
• Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, vendor software, and company specific programs.
• Well‑developed organizational and time/task management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
