Educators Wales is seeking a dedicated Equity and Inclusion Officer to work with schools, settings and multi‑agency colleagues in Monmouthshire. The role focuses on promoting inclusive, equitable educational practices, early identification of behavioural concerns, wellbeing and inclusion to ensure all children can access and succeed.
You will support schools, work in partnership to reduce exclusions, strengthen inclusive practice, and build capacity across the education system.
