Our Long Term Support Team is offering a unique opportunity for a Personal Advisor to work directly with Monmouthshire’s Care Experienced young people and Care Leavers aged 15 to 25. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting young people to build independence, confidence, and brighter futures - from strengthening social connections to navigating housing, education, employment, and training.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year. i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers
