Unterstützung von Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen im medizinischen Bereich.
Pflege, Betreuung, Begleitung und Förderung gemäss individuellen Bedürfnissen.
Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen.
Anleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden und Praktikanten.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.
Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz.
Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
Kenntnisse in EDV/PC-Anwendungen.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
