Spital Uster sucht Pflegefachpersonen (50-100%) für die Geriatrische Akutrehabilitation. Sie betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten während eines ein- bis zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts und arbeiten nach aktivierend- therapeutisch-begleitenden Pflegeschwerpunkten.
Sie pflegen den Pflegeprozess, koordinieren im Tandem mit FaGes, Pflegehilfen und Praktikantinnen die Versorgung und arbeiten eng mit weiteren Berufsgruppen zusammen. Engagement in der Ausbildung von FaGe-Lernenden HF/FH wird erwartet.
