Die Leitung Pflegeteam Seniorenpflege übernimmt die personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Führung des Teams Pflegedienst Nacht und stellt die Pflege sowie Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in der Nacht sicher.
- Medizinische und pflegerische Verantwortung, adäquates Handeln in Notfallsituationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
- Interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
- Ausbildung zur diplomierten Pflegefachperson HF/FH
- Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Hohe Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
- Belastbarkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
- Versierte IT-Kenntnisse (Rad-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Planungs- und Organisationskompetenzen
- Pensum 80–100%
- Start sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
- Gratis Parkmöglichkeit während des Nachtdienstes
