If you are highly motivated, have business tax preparation experience, excellent communication skills, and an active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we need you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax Business products. The successful candidate will manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, and will possess strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns.
WhatYou Will Do
- Maintain sensitive customer, confidential, and proprietary business information responsibly.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the correct answer to customers using everyday language.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers in a virtual, customer‑facing role, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Interact with customers and team members professionally while adhering to and promoting Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”
- Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, demonstrated by 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season.
- Active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.
- Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a practice or retail setting for compensation (strongly preferred).
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
- Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation strongly preferred.
- Experience preparing business tax returns for service‑industry customers strongly preferred.
- Possession of or ability to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Commitment to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours per week (minimum 4‑hour shift increments) during the tax season.
- Working knowledge of Circular 230.
- Proficiency with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
- Strong customer‑service skills – ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem‑solving, research skills, and determination.
- Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness or ability to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, and is reviewed to ensure ongoing pay equity.
