AP​/AR Clerk

Assist in maintaining the accounting records for multiple entities

Accounts payable : approvals, entry, check runs, and maintains corporate accounts payable files

Reconcile corporate credit card transactions monthly

1099 contractor payments and W9 collection and entry

Monthly closing tasks such as bank reconciliations, prepaids, and fixed assets / depreciation , etc.

Daily and weekly bank and merchant entries

Research and help resolve customer chargebacks

Custom financial and business analysis reports

Assists assistant controller and c ontrolleras necessary

Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting practices, cost analysis and accounting principles

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and effective communication skills

Net Suite and  experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong team player with great work ethic

Detailorientedand highly organized

Willing to perform other operational tasks as needed

Regular participation in monthly community initiatives

Community committee involvement including planning and execution of at least one community event eachyear

The AP/AR clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities, supporting timely month-end closing processes, and ensuring accurate payments. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, processing contractor payments, resolving chargebacks, and preparing financial reports. This role works closely with the Assistant Controller and Controller to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
